Tom Meehan, LEED, AP, is Planning Manager for DOWL HKM in Tucson, Arizona. He has worked at DOWL HKM since 1983 and relocated from Anchorage, Alaska, in October 2002 after retiring from the Alaska Air National Guard with 24 years of service. His education includes Bachelor of Science degrees in Surveying and Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology. Tom’s education and experience are coupled with his ability to lead a project team and provide excellent design and project management service to clients. Since arriving in Tucson, he has participated in multiple design projects at TIA and Ryan Airfield, as well as public and private development projects throughout Arizona.
