CRITICAL PATH, INC., maintains a specialized practice in airport operational/safety matters, including safety management system (SMS) implementation and problem solving. CPI has created SMS Implementation Plans and SMS Manuals for the San Antonio International Airport, Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, and Kaoshiung International Airport. CPI is certified as an Airport Concessions DBE (ACDBE), WBE, DBE and Small Business Enterprise. CPI is providing expertise in making recommendations for enhancing airfield safety. Tim has 42 years of aviation experience, including 21 years in day-to-day airport management, five years as an Air Force pilot, five years as a fixed base operator/civil commercial pilot and 14 years as an airport consultant. As a consultant, he specializes in the technical compliance aspects of FAR 139/Annex 14 while focusing on practical solutions and staff training. During his years as a consultant, he has provided services to 22 domestic and seven foreign airport operating agencies.
Jessica’s specialized strengths are in airport operations, safety, and domestic and international airport certification planning practices. She has extensive expertise in the area of FAR 139 implementation including SMS and airport certification. She is a certified DBE in several states, including Arizona, and a licensed private pilot.
